The entirety of our business is classed as non essential retail and has been shut since November. Our sales, shop, workshop and aftersales departments will all reopen on Monday 12th April. We ask our customers to please be patient, demand is strong and we are experiencing a large number of calls and enquiries. We will deal with your enquiry as soon as we possibly can.
Our sales teams will be in touch with all customers awaiting collection of their new vehicle to arrange a collection date at the earliest opportunity. The sales teams are available to assist with any new enquiries.
Our Aftersales departments have a backlog of servicing, warranty and repairs which we will endeavour to clear as soon as possible. This will be dealt with in order which we believe is the fair and reasonable manner in which to do so. Please do not bring your caravan to any of the 3 branches until contacted by our Aftersales teams. If you would like to book a service then please use the form available on the website.
There have been some questions regarding warranties and whether they will be extended for servicing. We can confirm that Bailey have extended by 6 months and Swift have extended by 7 months.
There’s no need to contact us. Our teams will be in touch with everyone as soon as we have an update on your vehicle.
