The rise in popularity of 8ft wide touring caravans led to the development and release of the 8ft wide Challenger a couple of years ago and now the range has been increased from 3 models to 5. The increased interior space allows for a wider opening central window and front chest, as well as a larger bed in the front lounge, increasing the level of comfort within the caravan. The Challenger Grande SE is built using SMART construction with a timberless framing and a durable GRP front and rear panels. Internally the level of equipment is befitting of a top of the range caravan, from low energy LED lighting throughout to Alde radiator central heating to well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 5 layouts, including the 670 model comprising a rear fixed bed, bunk beds and centre washroom, ensure the range offers an option to suit most people’s requirements. Other specification includes a side lift jack and brackets, heavy duty corner steadies, wheel lock, external TV point, external cold water shower point, double sided luggage door (560 & 650), Truma waterline, rain guards, ATC, washroom additional towel ring and hanging rail, omnivent in kitchen, 2nd TV point (model specific), onboard water tank (twin axles only) and mirrored wardrobe doors (model specific).
